Working Student HR (m/f/d)
Continue our success with us and support our team with your expertise as Working Student HR (m/f/d).
Starting immediately at our location in Wessling.
Your tasks
- Get to know the holistic HR activities across the entire employee cycle: recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and offboarding
- Taking on administrative tasks in the area of personnel support, such as recording sick days, preparing contract documents and other correspondence, maintaining personnel files, general filing, and assisting with monthly payroll preparation and follow-up
- Supporting the further development of personnel processes
- Depending on your interests, working independently on current projects, such as employer branding activities
- Enrolled student (economics, social sciences, or humanities with a focus on human resources)
- Ideally, initial experience with HR topics and an affinity for software solutions
- Structured, careful, and independent way of working
- Enjoy working with people
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
