Recognized as an emerging leader in semiconductor and optical metrology, Wooptix is transforming the industry with its patented Wavefront Phase Imaging® (WFPI) technology. The WFPI technique acquires two out-of-focus intensity images and retrieves the wavefront phase map of the sample under test.
The partnership significantly expands Laser 2000’s capabilities in the areas of Optical Metrology and Material Inspection, while providing Wooptix with access to Laser 2000’s extensive European sales and application network.
